By removing this exclusion, where a lost or damaged Item is part of a pair or set, Our liability, where it is assessed as the cost of replacement of that Item, is to be assessed as a sum equivalent to the cost of that Item as part of a pair or set.
Mould & Mildew
Mould & Mildew Exclusion (10.d.viii)
By removing this exclusion, Our Liability extends to include loss or damage caused by mould, mildew or rust or changes in atmospheric conditions following a breach of Our Duty of Care as set out above. This liability enhancement cannot apply to any Property which is Owner Packed, and paragraph 10.d.viii remains in force for such Items.
Electrical & Mechanical Derangement
Electrical & Mechanical Derangement Exclusion (10.c.iv)
